Finnovate Advisory is het adviesbureau van Fouad Lasgaa — Senior Business Controller met ruime ervaring bij gemeenten, kennisinstellingen en complexe publieke organisaties.

Als Business Controller bij de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven werkte ik in een volledig internationale omgeving — van Horizon Europe-subsidies en ERC-grants tot P&L-rapportages en meerjarenstrategieën met internationale partners.

Ik verbind financiële analyse met organisatiegevoel, bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en veranderkracht.

Finnovate Advisory is the practice of Fouad Lasgaa — Senior Business Controller with deep experience across municipalities, research institutions and complex public organisations.

As Business Controller at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), I operated in a fully international English environment — managing Horizon Europe grants, ERC funding, P&L reporting and multi-year strategic planning.

I connect financial analysis with organisational insight, strategic sensitivity and transformational drive.

Mijn profiel is bewust breder dan klassieke business control. Ik beweeg op het snijvlak van finance, strategie, governance, ERP en AI. Dat maakt mij inzetbaar als controller, sparringpartner en versneller.
